MATERIALS & SIZING:
SIZE A: Knit Material - Measures 16 inches around, can stretch to 19 inches around
SIZE B: Velvet Material - Measures 20 inches around, does not stretch
SIZE C: Velvet Material - Measures 24 inches around, does not stretch
Please measure the person's head circumference before ordering with a fabric tape measure, Sizes may vary +1 inch. When in doubt size-up.
