1.  HOW DO I DOWNLOAD DIGITIAL PRODUCTS?

EMBRIOIDERY DESIGNS (Instant Downloads)

Once payment has cleared, you will receive a link to download the embroidery design.  Click on the link, then selected EXTRACT ALL, click on the embroidery file, and then DOWNLOAD.  Copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine.  You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.  It is recommended to run a test stitch of the design to make sure everything looks correct before stitching it on the final piece.  If you have any issues with it at all please CONTACT US.

CUSTOM DIGITIAL DESIGNS

Custom designs include those purchased through the name, monogram and logo collections.  Your design will be complete within 1-3 business days. Once the design is ready, an email will be sent to you with a Dropbox link to download the design. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder for the email as well as your inbox .  Once you click on the link it will instantly download the design to your computer.  If you can not locate it, look under your DOWNLOAD folder on your C: drive.  Right click the design, then copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine.  You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.  It is recommended to run a test stitch of the design to make sure everything looks correct before stitching it on the final piece.  If you have any issues with the design please CONTACT US.

 

2.  WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

Digital embroidery designs are available for instant download once payment clears. 

Custom digital designs will be emailed to you 1-3 business days from cleared payment. 

Personalized Items ship within 5 business days through the shipping methods selected at check out. 

 

3.  DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Wholesale prices are available when purchasing 5 or more of the same item. Please CONTACT US for a quote.

 

4.  ARE HALF MOON EMBROIDERY'S ITEMS OUTSOURCED?

All items in my shop are created and made by Half Moon Embroidery! None of the items you see on the site are outsourced. 

 

5. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS?

Yes! If you do not see a particular design you would like just ask! We often get our ideas for designs from customers.  Also, if you are looking for a particular design just CONTACT US and include a photo if applicable.  But please no copyrighted designs. 

 

6.  DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if the shop owner made a mistake in the personalization please CONTACT US for information on a replacement.

Forced returns will not be accepted.

Shipping labels are printed through Shopify so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to my shop for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address.

Digital embroider designs and custom digital designs are non-refundable.

 

7.  MY ITEM SHOWS "DELIVERED" YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

For physical items which were shipped, check the shipping address included with the order. If the address is correct and the item is marked "DELIVERED" with USPS, please contact your local USPS office to inquire about locating the package. Once the item is confirmed as delivered we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

For digital embroidery designs that can be instantly downloaded, they will be sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.

For custom digital items, a link will be sent to you within 1-3 business days to download the design.
