This long sleeve, grey and black raglan top is embroidered with a ghost applique.  The "girl" style has an orange bow on the ghost's head while the "boy" style includes an orange bow tie.   

The name can be embroidered in all caps across the bottom of the ghost in any of the 33 colors shown on the thread chart.
