CUSTOM LOGO PATCHES 

These custom logo patches can be embroidered with  your COMPANY LOGO!

These patches can be used on company uniforms, hats, bags promotional items and more.

All four shaped patches are 4 inches wide;  the rectangle and oval shaped patches vary in height and will be adjusted proportional for the logo.

The logo patches are 50% or less embroidered on gabardine fabric with an iron-on backing.

The logos will need to be simple, with 6 or less colors (see photos of samples)

We are unable to reproduce any trademarked logos.  If your business has a trademarked logo, please submit written permission, on company letterhead, giving Half Moon Embroidery authority to reproduce your logo.  You can submit this under CONTACT US at the bottom of the page prior to ordering. 

ORDERING:

1. Please send us a picture of your logo BEFORE ordering!

2. Click on CONTACT US and follow the instructions. A reply will be send within 1 business day on how to proceed with the order, please check your SPAM for replies.

3. Once you place the order I will send a proof of the patch for your approval.  Please respond within 24 hours with any changes that are needed.  If there is no response your order will be processed and shipped out within 5 business days.  

Heat Seal is applied to the back of the patch. Below are the instructions to apply.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR IRON-ON PATCHES
1. Before ironing on the patch, pre-wash fabric without fabric softener.
2. Place patch, adhesive side down, in desired position on top of project.
3. TURN FABRIC INSIDE OUT AND IRON FROM THE BACKSIDE OF THE PATCH!!
4. If ironed from the front they will not adhere
5. Heat iron to cotton setting, press and hold iron for 8-10 seconds on each section
6. If you intend to launder the item it is best to iron-on the patch & then sew it to the garment
