How to Download Digital Products

Once payment has cleared, you will receive a link to download the embroidery design.  Click on the link, then selected EXTRACT ALL, click on the embroidery file, and then DOWNLOAD.  Copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine.  You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.  I recommend testing the design first to make sure everything looks correct before stitching it on the final piece.  If you have any issues with it at all please CONTACT US.

CUSTOM DIGITIAL DESIGNS

Includes name, monogram and logo designs.  Your design will be ready within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.  Once the design is ready, an email will be sent to you with a Dropbox link to download the design. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder for the email .  Once you click on the link it will instantly download the design to your computer.  If you can not locate it, look under your DOWNLOAD folder on your C: drive.  Right click the design, then copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine.  You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.  I recommend testing the design first to make sure everything looks correct before stitching it on the final piece.  If you have any issues with it at all please CONTACT US.
